April 22, 2023 - Our field trip to the studio/shop of local clothing designer, Lennard Taylor was so much fun. Lennard share his vision for sustainability in fashion and we got to try our hand at painting our own wearable art. Check out the pictures from our fun day out.
Our April Meet-Up was a hit with a presentation by Annette from the Wearable Art Show based in Oakville ON. She has graciously agreed to share the pictures and text of her presentation.

February 2023 Meet-Up Presentation by Leona Herzog
Tuesday, February 21- We had our usual Show 'N Share and a Presentation by Leona Herzog; (former curator at Buhler Gallery and TFAM member). Leona spoke about the historical role of the curator and her experiences as a curator with a public gallery, including many images from specific exhibits, notably “Women’s Work”, 2019, at the Buhler Gallery which included artists Barb Hunt and Willow Rector. Thanks to Leona for shedding light on the curatorial process, it will be helpful to our artists and groups interested in showing their work.
