We challenge you to make art~

A new challenge for 2026!  The 2025 Challenge brought in 102 postcards!  Well done TFAM members. The need for our charitable initiative, Harvest Manitoba, is greater than ever. 

TFAM Members are challenged as follows:

• Make one postcard for each month on a specific theme (see list below)
• Each postcard has to have ‘some’ hand stitching on it (a little or a lot)
• Collect names and pictures for display on the website. (Entry form here)
• Those who complete all 12 months will have their name entered for a prize draw.
• Cards do not have to be submitted during the intended month but any time during the year.
• If your postcards are for donation, please deliver or mail them to Cindy Smyth. (go to the "List of Members" to find contact information)

Postcard Details:

• All cards should be 4 X 6 inches and have some type of stiff inside to give them a postcard feel.  Peltex or buckram have been suggested. 
• The edges should be finished so no threads or raggedy edges are left.  ZigZag, satin stitch or binding all work well.
