APPLICATION FOR Textile and Fibre Artists of Manitoba MEMBERSHIP

This is a sign up form for anyone interested in joining.  Membership is open to anyone living in Canada.
You are not officially a member until fees are paid.
The $50 annual fee is due at time of application and annually by January 1st.

Please Note: Completing this form gives TFAM permission to share your images, bio and contact information with our members.  It also gives TFAM permission to share your artwork images for promotional purposes.

Once the above form is submitted, you will receive an email invoice for the membership fee that can be paid by credit card or debit. 
Once the fee is paid, you will receive the most current TFAM Newsletter and any current workshop or exhibit information.  This information is also available on the "TFAM Events" page. 
You will also receive an invitation to login to the 'Members Only' section of the TFAM website.  Please take the time to complete this, all entry and registration forms will be in the members section.
